The Hartford Area Child Care Collaborative is committed to turning ideas and solutions into actions, getting results, and moving forward to ensure that every child has access to high-quality early childhood programs. The Collaborative seeks to continually assess needs, gaps, barriers and solutions to give our staff, children and families the quality of programming and support they all deserve. The Hartford Area Child Care Collaborative is a project of
