The Collaborative's early childhood resource library is open during regular business hours from 7:30 - 3:30. Evening and Saturday visits can be arranged by calling the Collaborative. Please call 860-241-0411 to check on a specific title or to check to make sure someone is here if you are planning to make a visit.
